Our story
Mybalidogrescue began nearly two decades ago in a small shelter on the edge of town. We are a dogs-only sanctuary — we exclusively rescue, shelter and care for dogs, from the lost and abandoned to the simply unlucky — and surround each one with warmth until they're ready for what's next.
Our mission is simple: to be a quiet, kind home where dogs feel safe again, and where the people who visit them often leave a little softer than when they arrived.
No dog at Mybalidogrescue ever goes to sleep hungry. Your donation fills their bowl, every single day.
Every dog is sterilized and receives daily medical care. We treat them not just to survive, but to thrive.
Our dedicated team shows up every morning, rain or shine, for dogs who have no one else in the world.

Rescued as a tiny puppy in poor condition, German has blossomed into one of the most affectionate dogs at the shelter. He loves cuddles, belly rubs, and long walks. He will melt your heart the moment you meet him.

Don't let her small size fool you — Tikus has the biggest heart at the shelter. She loves cuddles, melts into your arms, and can always be found resting in her favourite shady spot on the stairs. Pure sweetness.

Found on the streets as a puppy, Lacy was named for his calm and gentle nature. Now grown into a big beautiful dog, he has kept that peaceful soul while becoming more active and playful. He loves walks, cuddles, and taking life at his own pace.
